Quail Eggs
Quail eggs are small, rich, and creamy, with a deep golden yolk. They’re perfect for boiling, pickling, frying, or topping salads, ramen, and toast. Three or four quail eggs equal about one chicken egg.

Quail is tender, mild, and a little sweet, a lot like dark-meat chicken but more delicate. It cooks fast and works great grilled, roasted, or pan-seared. Each bird makes an elegant single serving.
