Bone-In Boston Butt Pork Shoulder
Slow-cooked pulled pork starts with a good Boston butt. Our bone-in Boston butt pork shoulders are raised at New Sentinel Acres in Cottontown, Tennessee, and are individually packaged for convenient storage and preparation.
This flavorful cut is well suited for smoking, slow cooking, roasting, and making pulled pork. The bone adds flavor during cooking, while the well-marbled pork becomes tender and easy to shred when cooked low and slow. It's a great choice for family meals, backyard gatherings, and traditional Southern-style barbecue.
Our hogs have outdoor space where they can graze and forage throughout the day, along with a lean-to for protection from the weather. They are fed a high-protein grow-out meal, and we do not use antibiotics or hormones in raising our hogs.
Our pork is processed at Hampton Meats in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, where it is USDA inspected at the time of processing. The pork is frozen at the processor and kept frozen until sold.
Individually packaged and available for local delivery within 30 miles or convenient farm pickup.
