Farm-Raised Chicken Gizzards

Our chickens have access to outdoor pasture during daylight hours, giving them room to roam and forage, and are secured at night in a movable chicken house. We do not use antibiotics or hormones in raising our chickens.

Our chickens are processed at Underground Processing in Walling, Tennessee, where the meat is USDA inspected at the time of processing. The chicken gizzards are frozen at the processor and kept frozen until sold.

Individually packaged and available for local delivery within 30 miles or convenient farm pickup.
