Farm-Raised Pork Sausage

Start breakfast with locally raised pork sausage from New Sentinel Acres in Cottontown, Tennessee. Our pork sausage is available in Mild or Hot, with each package containing 1 lb. of sausage.

Pork sausage is a versatile kitchen staple that works well for breakfast, biscuits and gravy, casseroles, sausage gravy, or adding savory flavor to your favorite recipes. Choose Mild for a more traditional flavor or Hot when you want a little more heat.

Our hogs are raised with plenty of outdoor space for grazing and foraging and are provided shelter from the weather. They are fed a high-protein grow-out meal and are allowed to forage throughout the day. We do not use antibiotics or hormones in raising our hogs.

Our pork is processed at Hampton Meats in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, where it is USDA inspected at the time of processing. The sausage is frozen at the processor and kept frozen until sold.

Individually packaged and available for local delivery within 30 miles or convenient farm pickup.
